I searched the internet and found a video that explained how to format a 2TB hard drive with FAT32 using Command Prompt on my Windows 10 computer. I found somewhere in this Arlo Community forum that somebody referred to using a tool to format. I thought it may be a faulty drive so I bought another brand new one of the exact same model and ended with the same results.
